Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-12

1. Acceptance

Use of the AppointIO service ("the Service") is subject to these terms. By using the Service you agree to them; if you do not agree, please refrain from use.

2. Definitions

  • Service: the online appointment-management platform operated under the appoint.co.il domain.
  • Business owner: a user who created an account to receive bookings from customers.
  • End customer: a person who books an appointment via a business's public page.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the security of your sign-in credentials, and activity that takes place under your account. Business owners are responsible for delivering their offered services and for resolving disputes with their customers.

4. Permitted use

You may not use the Service:

  • In violation of applicable law.
  • To infringe third-party rights.
  • To attempt intrusion, introduce malware, or otherwise disrupt the Service.
  • To send spam or offensive content.

5. Billing and subscriptions

AppointIO charges business owners a monthly subscription fee according to the selected plan. Billing terms are arranged with each business owner. Business owners are responsible for collecting payments from their end customers in compliance with Israeli tax and consumer-protection laws.

6. Cancellations and refunds

The cancellation policy for a specific appointment is set by the business owner. Subscription fees for the Service itself are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Content and rights

All rights in the AppointIO code, design, and brand are reserved. Business owners retain rights in content they upload (business name, description, logo) and grant us a license to display it within the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, or at our discretion, with reasonable prior notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.
